This is our regular weekly pattern. The exact session each day (distances, drills, races) changes week to week — see the calendar for what is on this week. Evening on-the-water sessions run through the lighter months; in winter we run more gym, core and indoor fitness as the evenings draw in.
We have training sessions every day of the week from early morning to evening. Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings are times when the whole club comes together to train.
Technical coaching and friendly advice is always available from our thirty qualified coaches. Sessions are organized based on ability level, ensuring everyone receives appropriate training for their skill level.
