Paddleboarding straight from our own river frontage – with changing rooms, hot showers and the Saturday café on your doorstep. The easiest, most sociable way onto the water in Norwich.
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is the friendliest way onto the water – calm, low-impact and surprisingly easy to pick up. You don’t need to be a paddler, you don’t need any gear, and you don’t need to commit to anything. Come for a taster, stay for the community.

Plenty of places will hire you a board. Almost none give you your own stretch of river, a warm clubhouse to change in, hot showers, and a café waiting when you come off the water. We do – and it makes all the difference on a fresh Norfolk morning.
SUP Club is built around that. It’s social first: regular paddles with a friendly group, coffee afterwards on a Saturday, and qualified, DBS-checked coaches keeping it safe. Whether you want a gentle weekend float or to build up to longer river tours, there’s a place for you.
Changing rooms, showers and the Saturday café – paddle then linger.
All sessions on the water. You must be able to swim at least 25 metres.
