Summer schedule. As the evenings get darker, on-the-water evening sessions pause for the winter and we run more gym, core and indoor fitness sessions to keep building strength and technique. Always check the calendar for what is running right now.

Learn the basics safely with a coach before joining regular sessions.
Regular all-welcome sessions to build confidence and time on the water.
Focused technical work plus land-based conditioning.
Race-craft sessions, alternating turns work with wash hanging.
Structured training for developing paddlers and racers.
For paddlers who want to progress further. Some sessions suit developing paddlers, others are aimed at experienced racers. Training is generally available twice daily.
