Summer schedule. As the evenings get darker, on-the-water evening sessions pause for the winter and we run more gym, core and indoor fitness sessions to keep building strength and technique. Always check the calendar for what is running right now.
The pathway works in layers, not a straight line. Start where you are, develop the skills you want, and perform if you choose. You never have to do it all.
